#Where'stheFairUse?

Doug Walker, aka the Nostalgia Critic who remembers it so you don't have to, posted a very important video on Feb. 16 about Fair Use violations that are not just being carried out against his production company to make reviews and their own content on movies, TV shows, and pop culture in general but by many content creators across YouTube.

Now the creators on YouTube and bloggers such as myself run different forms of media bringing content in different ways but we get paid by the same company through the same means: Google's AdSense. And to see them not just unable to upload their content and the frustration they go through as companies continue to make claims and strikes against them makes me feel frustrated and upset just as much. Not only that but the companies that make these claims and strikes receive the content creator's revenue they should have made on the videos being unlawfully claimed and striked against.

Doug says it all in his video and I don't think anyone can tell it better other than to add their own stories and frustrations. Below is not just Doug's video but also several content creators that are tired of being robbed and punished for it.
